What this service does

Website Starter Package is a practical way for a sole trader, small business or organisation to launch a professional website. IT Solutions Yorkshire adapts a prebuilt website design to your branding and services, prepares the initial pages and gives you access to edit the site through the website builder.

What’s included

• A template-based website with up to three pages tailored with your logo, colours, business details and services.
• SEO-optimised content for up to three launch pages, with clear structure and relevant search terms.
• Responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Website hosting and use of one .uk domain as part of the ongoing package. Other domain extensions may cost extra.
• One email forwarding address to route incoming messages to an inbox you already use.
• Access to the website builder so you can edit text, images and page arrangements within the builder’s capabilities.
• A preview and approval stage, with agreed adjustments before launch, plus guidance on linking your social media profiles.

How it works

Complete our website brief and provide your business details, branding and any images you want to use. We tailor the prebuilt design, prepare the initial pages and send you a preview. After you approve the website, we launch it and hand over access for everyday content changes.

Package boundaries

• The initial build and SEO content cover up to three pages. You can add pages yourself in the builder; further pages or SEO copy prepared by us are available separately.
• The website uses a third-party builder, so design and features are limited by that platform. Under the current package terms, the website and its structure remain ITSY’s property and cannot be transferred as a bespoke site.
• The included .uk domain is held by ITSY. Ownership can be transferred for a fee under the package terms.
• Email forwarding receives mail at your domain and sends it to an existing inbox; it does not let you send from that address. A full business mailbox is available separately.
• The included SSL certificate requires the domain to be transferred to ITSY or its nameservers pointed to ITSY. If only DNS records are pointed to us, SSL must be purchased separately.
• Ongoing hands-on edits and maintenance by our team are separate services.

This package gives you a dedicated online home beyond social media, where customers can find your services and contact information. It is designed as an affordable starting point that you can update yourself, with extra help available when you need it.
