I don't have a membership, can I still get support?
Yes, you can absolutely get support without a membership. Our support will be provided on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis unless you decide to choose one of our superior membership tiers. Membership offers lower rates and additional benefits that are unavailable to PAYG clients.
Do I need a membership to receive support?
Technically, no, you do not need a membership to receive support from us. However, without a membership, the support we provide will be based on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) model, which may result in higher hourly rates and less access to exclusive member benefits like faster response times and proactive maintenance.
Is there a call-out fee for site visits?
No, we don’t charge a call-out fee. However, we do charge for the time it takes to travel to your location at your membership’s hourly rate. We don’t charge for the return journey, as we’re likely heading to another client after your visit.
What are the different membership tiers?
We offer three distinct membership tiers to suit varying levels of support needs:

Can I cancel or change my ITSY membership?
You can upgrade your membership tier at any time, with pro-rata costs applied for the remainder of your current membership period. Downgrades, however, will take effect at the next renewal date. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership if you cancel. If you choose to cancel before the renewal date, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will switch to a PAYG (Pay As You Go) plan.
