Martin went above and beyond with his work on my sons laptop. From the home visit where everything was explained, to the issue and how it could be resolved was excellent. Martin took the laptop away to work on the repair and continued to keep us updated on the progress. A new drive was required and he then had the mammoth task to transfer all the data onto the new drive and check all the files were still present. I have one happy son, all the content was safe and sound. Thank you for a excellent job all round. Would definitely recommend Martin and the Company for all your computer needs.
